We welcome you to visit us at the upcoming Photonics West Exhibition and Conference, which will take place January 28 – January 30, 2025, in San Francisco, at the Moscone Conference Center. Our booth is #1358.
Technica Optical Components (www.technicasa.com) and its wholly owned subsidiary Femto Sensing International (www.femtosensing.com) are growing.
Technica’s expanding product family of Fiber Bragg Gratings (FBG) based sensors now includes our New T218 Strain Rosette Sensors for multi directional surface strain measurements, our New T605 Mini Surface Pressure Sensors, our new T910 Hydrogen Detection Sensor and new configurations of our T800 Series High Temperature Sensors rated to +1000C, and T213 Cryogenic Strain Sensors.
On the instruments front, after more than two years of engineering development, we are excited to announce the release of our New W Series Interrogators (W for Wide) with 160nm scanning range. Now available with 1, 4, 8, and 16 optical channels (WS, W4, W8, and W16).
We are also pleased to announce the release of our New MS (S for Static) Interrogators in 1U rackmount configuration.
Both the new MS (40nm scan range) and the new WS (160nm scan range) Interrogators are ideal for our Large Capacity Optical Sensing Platform, where they can be seamlessly connected to our New 1xN Serial MEMS Optical Switches. Available in 16, 24, 32, 64, 128, and 256 channels configurations. Up to 30 FBG sensors can be monitored on each of the new platform’s up to 256 optical channels.
We will present live demos of various Technica optical sensors and we will have interactive demonstrations of our newest Femto Sensing International MS and W4 interrogators, and of our new 1xN Serial MEMS Optical Switches. We will present how to accomplish ultimate precision and repeatability measurements using our state-of-the-art FAZ Technology interrogators. We will show how to design ultra-low-cost optical sensing systems using our commercial M Series interrogators. All Femto Sensing International interrogators are configured and optimized for complementing our various Technica FBG sensors.
