We welcome you to visit us at the upcoming International Exhibition and Conference on Optical Fiber Sensors which will take place August 29 – September 22022, in Alexandria, Virginia.

We will introduce Technica’s expanding product family of FBG based sensors for operation in extreme environments: down to -270 Degrees Celsius and up to +1000 Degrees Celsius. Applications for our cryogenic sensors include the monitoring of LNG tankers, while for our high-temperature sensors monitor a variety of Industrial Processes. Our Fiber Bragg Gratings (FBGs) and FBG Sensing Cables include our latest Ultra-High Temperature Sensing Inconel and Ceramic Needle Probes for operation at up to +1000 Degrees Celsius, our High Temperature Array Sensing Probes with lengths from 15 millimeters to 25 meters.

We will also present our growing family of Packaged FBG Sensors for optically measuring Strain, Acceleration, Displacement, Tilt/Angle, Torque, Pressure, and Temperature, as well as our new developments in the area of Specialty Spectral Components including LPGs, Chirped FBGs, Pi-Phase FBGs, Fiber Laser HR/OC FBG Pairs, and Athermal FBGs.

Members of our team will share information about our pure silica fiber based radiation proof sensors, our advanced aluminum, copper, and gold coated fiber strip and recoat capabilities for applications requiring hermetic solutions, and our through-the-coating FBG technologies available at both our Technica Beijing and Technica Atlanta manufacturing facilities.

We will present live demos on how to accomplish ultimate precision and repeatability measurements using state-of-the-art FAZ Technology based Optical Sensing Instruments, how to design ultra-low-cost optical sensing systems using our commercial budget-oriented MX Series Optical Sensing Instruments, and how to save and deliver on applications requiring high sensor count solutions using our new line of SX Series Optical Sensing Instruments, together with our various Technica FBG Sensors. Additionally, we will also discuss our new integrated FBG Interrogator and Industrial PC offerings.
